Recovery receiver WiFi tutorial
Note:If you can't find your receiver's wifi or forget your receiver's wifi password, please follow this tutorial to recover it.
1. Make sure the receiver's Bluetooth can be searched
2. Install and activate Surpad. Surpad is available for new users for one month. If you already have a permanent version of Surpad, please skip this step. Below is the Surpad download link.

3. Restore receiver wifi or delete wifi password tutorial
Make sure your receiver is switched on.
Open Software-Device-Communication-Search-Connect-Debug-Common Commands-Factory Reset-Sent
After finishing, you can hear the voice prompt of device self-check. After the device restarts, you can search the WIFI of the device. This operation will delete all Settings, but will not delete the static data files stored in the device
If that doesn't work, try the following
1.
Device->device settings,
make sure the Wi-Fi is enabled
2. Check the working mode: If the datalink is “Device Internet”, and “network mode” is “Wi-Fi”, please change the “network mode” to “GPRS” and wait for 1~2 minutes or restart receiver. When using Wi-Fi, receiver will switch to client mode, so you cannot find its hotspot.
