EAS301 Pro shaft adapter match process


Process Flow:






  1. Ask steering shaft blueprint from tractor supplier and eSurvey will make suitable shaft adapter.
  2. Send tractor steering wheel back to eSurvey, the steering wheel measurement will spend 1 week (except delivery time) and factory will make suitable shaft adapter.


  1. eSurvey will share our shaft adapter blueprint, and dealer could measure and make suitable adapter for detailed tractor model in local CNC Machining.
  2. eSurvey could supply a set of shaft adapter for new dealer in first shipment, every adapter has its material code, please record which gear and mounting bracket was used, we will arrange new parts  for next shipment.
